In embracing digital transformation and prioritizing customer satisfaction, the department's decision to provide ownership and private benefit deeds via the UAE Pass app underscores its dedication to enhancing the overall customer experience. By leveraging digital technologies, the department aims to streamline processes and ensure that customers can access and manage their property-related documents efficiently and conveniently.

Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al-Shamsi, the Director-General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, emphasized the department's focus on facilitating seamless transactions for its customers. He highlighted the importance of efficiency, speed, and effectiveness in delivering services, aligning with the strategic objectives of the department and adhering to global best practices in service delivery.
Al-Shamsi also emphasized that this innovative initiative aligns with the directives of Sharjah's Executive Council for digital transformation. Furthermore, it resonates with the overarching goals of the 'We the UAE 2031' vision, which seeks to realize the future aspirations outlined by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This forward-thinking approach underscores the collective effort of all institutions in the UAE as they work towards achieving the ambitious objectives set forth in the UAE Centennial 2071 vision.
