This year, the Academy graduated 313 people from different programs. These included teachers, school leaders, and early childhood specialists. Among them were 145 graduates from the third group of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education, 74 from the second group of the Master of Education in Educational Leadership, 28 from the first group of the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership, and 66 from the second group of the Certificate in Early Childhood Education. Also, 28 graduates completed the “I Am Proud to Be a Teacher” program.

Dr. Al Hashimi ended her speech with a warm message for the graduates. She told them they are ambassadors of excellence and supporters of meaningful education. She asked them to work hard to promote Sharjah’s vision of quality education with passion and dedication. She encouraged them to be decision-makers and innovators who will help shape the future of education according to Sharjah’s modern plans.

Pauline Taylor-Guy, the Chancellor of Sharjah Education Academy, also spoke at the event. She congratulated the graduates and praised their hard work. She said, “Today, we celebrate a group of passionate educators and leaders who have shown determination, dedication, and strength during their studies. Your graduation is not just the end of a program but the start of a new chapter in your professional lives. You are changemakers, role models, and the future of education. You have chosen a noble path that needs a clear vision, kindness, and strong commitment.”

Pauline Taylor also talked about the Academy’s mission. She said that the Academy aims to prepare and develop professional teachers and educational experts through different and creative programs based on scientific research. She explained that the Academy has made important steps in changing education. Through its diploma and master's programs, partnerships with global organizations, and research projects, the Academy has helped hundreds of educators gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead classrooms and schools.

Maryam Al Balushi, a graduate of the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program, spoke on behalf of the graduates. She expressed happiness about finishing their studies. Maryam said, “Today, we feel the joy of achievement, the hope for the future, and the responsibility we have chosen with pride. We learned knowledge, methods, and modern ideas at the Sharjah Education Academy. This helped us become stronger in our work and ready to help build a strong educational community that raises the status of teachers and improves student standards.”

Maryam also talked about how the Academy helped them understand that teaching is not just a job but a mission. She said, “Teaching starts with planting hope and ends with empowering generations.” She promised that they will carry this mission with honesty and be the best ambassadors for excellent education. They will follow the vision of the wise leaders who put teachers at the heart of progress.

After the speeches, Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi presented the graduates with their certificates. He congratulated them and took pictures with them. He also honored GEMS Millennium School Sharjah for its efforts in hosting and training Sharjah Education Academy students during the school year. This was part of the “Guidance School” project launched by the Academy in 2023.

At the end of the ceremony, the graduates took the Teacher’s Oath together. They promised, “I swear by Almighty God to be faithful in teaching, to protect my students in all situations, to do my best in their education, to teach them to love their country, and to be sincere in my profession. God is my witness.”

Many important people attended the ceremony. These included Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Dr. Mansour bin Nassar (Chairman of the Sharjah Government Legal Department), Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Ali Al Hosani (Director General of the Sharjah Education Academy), members of the Academy’s Board of Trustees, and parents of the graduates.
