His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an important Emiri Decree appointing a new Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police. The Decree, which was made public recently, officially names His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir as the new head of Sharjah's police force.
In addition to his role as the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, the Decree stipulates that Major General bin Amir will also serve as a member of the Sharjah Executive Council. This appointment reflects the leadership's confidence in his capabilities and contributions to the security and safety of Sharjah. The Decree is effective immediately from the date of its issuance, marking a significant moment for the police force and the governance of the emirate.

Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir has a longstanding career in law enforcement and public service, making him well-suited for this high-ranking position.
