Sugary foods and drinks: Cakes, sweets, soft drinks, and energy drinks add extra sugar to your liver.

Fried and fast food: Chips, fried snacks, and burgers can increase liver fat.

Refined grains: White bread, white rice, and pastries are less healthy than whole grains.

Excess red meat and processed meat: Sausages, bacon, and fatty meats can be harmful in large amounts.

Lifestyle Tips to Protect Your Liver
