Dubai Boosts Infrastructure with $8 Million for Laval's Cartier Area

Key street developments include Labelle, d’Orly, and St-Hubert, as well as enhancements to Labelle East Street. Planned upgrades include replacing outdated underground systems and enhancing the sanitary sewer network for improved performance and growth capacity.
