Emirates Aviation University (EAU) recently held its 34th graduation ceremony, where 288 students officially stepped into the dynamic world of aviation and aerospace. This diverse and talented group of graduates completed their academic programs, showcasing the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving aviation industry.

The ceremony took place at EAU’s campus in Dubai, highlighting the wide range of nationalities and disciplines among the graduates. Students completed various postgraduate and undergraduate programs, including aviation management, aeronautical and aerospace engineering, aviation security, software engineering, and aircraft maintenance engineering.
Degrees Presented by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed
The degrees were awarded by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and Chancellor of EAU. The event was attended by dignitaries, Emirates Group executives, proud families and friends of the graduates, and the university’s faculty members.
A Message of Pride and Dedication
Professor Ahmad Al Ali, Vice-Chancellor of Emirates Aviation University, expressed his pride in the achievements of the graduating class. He shared, “Our graduates continue to impress us with their talent and professionalism. Many of them have already taken on important roles in various parts of the aviation industry.”
Professor Al Ali also emphasized EAU’s commitment to innovation, saying, “We are focused on adopting new technologies and learning methods that prepare students to face the challenges of modern air travel. With an 84% employment rate after graduation, it is fulfilling to see our students build successful careers and make a mark in the aviation sector.”
Honoring Outstanding Achievements
Among the graduates, 100 students completed postgraduate studies, while 188 earned bachelor’s degrees. Of these, 37 were sponsored by Emirates Airline. Fourteen students were recognized for their exceptional academic performance and contributions, reflecting EAU’s goal of nurturing future leaders in aviation.
Internships with Emirates Group
Over 180 undergraduate students had the unique opportunity to intern with the Emirates Group for more than one semester. These internships provided hands-on experience and helped students gain practical knowledge and skills essential for building strong career foundations.
