Dubai: Mered Partners with Sera for Iconic Tower Project Development

Mered, a well-known real estate company, has joined hands with Sera Group to build its new project called Iconic Residences in Dubai Internet City. The design for the project is done by Pininfarina.

Sera Group has experience in building different types of projects like homes, hotels, schools, hospitals, and factories. They have worked on famous projects like Address Residences Dubai Opera, Il Primo near Burj Khalifa, Skyview Tower, and Barbaros Reserve Bodrum Residences, which is managed by Kempinski.

The Tallest Building in Dubai Internet City

Mered has already received all the necessary approvals from the government and started initial steps for the Iconic Residences project. The design is almost complete, and they are also finalizing the process of finding contractors. The actual construction is expected to begin soon. When the building is done, it will be 290 meters tall, making it the tallest building in Dubai Internet City.

The Iconic Residences, designed by Pininfarina, will include 310 luxury apartments. It will also have world-class features for the residents, such as a spa, restaurants, a kids' club, an infinity pool, a fitness center, yoga spaces, shopping areas, and more. The apartments will be ready by Q3 2027.
