Dubai Holding & Select Group to Build Palm Jebel Ali, d3

Dubai Holding, a global investment company working in over 30 countries, has signed an important agreement with Select Group, a top real estate developer, and its partner Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC). They will work together to build major projects at two famous places in Dubai – Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Design District (d3).

This is Dubai Holding’s first land deal with another developer at Palm Jebel Ali. It shows that Dubai Holding wants to create long-term value in its big developments. This deal proves their shared dream to build lively communities and keep Dubai as a top choice for people around the world.

Select Group will create two huge new projects. At Palm Jebel Ali, they will build luxury homes and hotels to set new standards for waterfront living. In d3, they will build a mixed-use community that combines culture, innovation, and modern city life in Dubai’s creative area.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said that Palm Jebel Ali is a special project that will make Dubai even more famous as a luxury waterfront city. He added that working with Select Group will help them achieve Dubai’s leaders’ vision to create world-class living and hotel experiences. Select Group has already built famous projects like Six Senses Residences The Palm, Peninsula in Business Bay, and the new Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. They are known for their quality, design, and innovation, making them one of UAE’s most trusted developers.

Palm Jebel Ali has seven islands, covering 13.4 km, with 16 fronds and over 90 km of beachfront. It is the start of a new growth area in Jebel Ali and fits with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and Economic Agenda D33. This area will have pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods with amazing views of the Arabian Gulf.

Dubai Design District (d3) is known as a creative place where designers from around the world work. It has great views of Dubai’s skyline, including Burj Khalifa, and shows Dubai’s status as the first UNESCO Creative City of Design in the Middle East.
