The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has agreed with the General Directorate of Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) to work together and share knowledge. This partnership will help both organizations improve their work and offer better training to young national workers, especially recent graduates, to help them succeed in their careers.
The agreement was signed by Essa Bin Natoof, Director of the Operations Sector at DGHR, and Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Aded, Assistant Director-General for Resources and Support Services at DCD. The main goal of this partnership is to improve the skills of national workers through special training programs that will help them in their jobs and prepare them for the future.
This agreement is part of DGHR's "Tumoohi" program, which focuses on training young graduates. The program aims to help students improve their job skills and soft skills so they can be ready for the workforce.

Essa Bin Natoof said, "This partnership helps us work with other government departments in Dubai. It will help us meet the emirate’s future goals. By working together, we can improve the skills and knowledge of national workers in Dubai Civil Defense. This will help them be more competitive and ready for future challenges."
Maj. Gen. Jamal bin Aded said, "This agreement shows how DGHR is helping to improve the quality of government work. It will give national workers the skills they need to keep up with changes in the future. Dubai Civil Defense is focused on hiring and training local talent in important areas of civil defense."
Both organizations also agreed to work together to provide the latest training for people working in civil defense, helping them gain the skills they need for their jobs. They will also focus on increasing the number of national workers in Dubai Civil Defense as part of the Emiratisation plan.
The partnership will also include better communication between DGHR and DCD to help them achieve their shared goals. This agreement is part of DGHR’s efforts to improve government work and make sure national workers are ready to take on leadership roles in the future.
Through this partnership, DGHR and DCD are working to improve the skills of national workers, help them succeed in their jobs, and support the wider goals of Emiratisation and the growth of the UAE.
