The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) have announced a new Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) aimed at advancing workforce development in Dubai. Signed by H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the DGHR, and H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director-General of the DLD, the agreement establishes a framework for enhancing collaboration in employee behavioral competency assessments and exchanging human resources expertise.
The MoC focuses on integrating educational programs and training pathways to better equip government employees with essential skills. This initiative is part of the DGHR's broader strategy to improve job performance and support employees in navigating future challenges. Al Falasi emphasized the partnership's role in strengthening Dubai's human resources sector and boosting professional competitiveness.
Bin Ghalita highlighted the significance of partnerships in driving organizational excellence and sustainable development. He stressed that the MoC will enhance workforce capabilities, improve job performance, and align with Dubai's strategic vision for rapid change and development.

The collaboration will develop an integrated system that includes tailored training programs and human resources studies. The DGHR will provide evaluation suggestions, behavioral competencies criteria, and assessment tools, with resources available in both Arabic and English. This partnership aims to create a more dynamic and efficient workplace, enhancing Dubai's competitive edge on a global scale.
The MoC reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in Dubai's public sector, building a resilient workforce prepared for future challenges.
