Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has started a new program called the Dubai Foresight Awards. This was done under His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The announcement was made at the end of the Dubai Future Forum 2024, the world’s biggest event for people who think about the future.
The awards honor smart thinkers and planners from all over the world and celebrate people who work hard to create ideas that can help make a better future. The winners will be announced next year during the Dubai Future Forum, which will be held from 18 to 19 November 2025 at the Museum of the Future.
His Excellency Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, the head of Dubai Future Foundation, said the awards follow the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. He said, “Dubai is now a place where smart people from all over the world come together to share ideas and make plans for a better future.”

He also said, “Thinking ahead and planning for the future helps communities and governments stay strong and ready for challenges. The Dubai Future Forum showed us how working together with other countries can help everyone make good progress.”
This year’s forum brought over 2,500 experts and guests from 100 countries. It included over 70 talks and workshops where people discussed important topics like health, technology, energy, and the environment.

These awards match Dubai’s goal to build a future-focused system that will help future generations with smart and useful ideas.
This year’s forum also discussed space, food, and how to improve health and technology. There were five main topics: Foresight Insights, Transforming Humanity, Empowering Generations, Future Nature, and Optimizing Health.
The Dubai Future Forum is a place where smart people from around the world come to share ideas and work together to solve big problems. Dubai is dedicated to bringing people together to make the future better for everyone.
