Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, also called Dubai Culture, has started taking applications for the second ‘MENA Creatives Bootcamp – Innovation Edition.’ This program is planned with Google to help creative people in the UAE and MENA region. The goal is to help them learn new skills and use technology to make their work better. The program also teaches how to grow their online presence and learn by doing.
This program shows that Dubai Culture wants to grow the creative and cultural industries. They want Dubai to be a top city for culture, creativity, and talent, ready for the future.
Creative people in the UAE and MENA region can apply for the bootcamp. Applications are open until 10 January 2025. The program will last for four days, but spaces are limited. Most of the bootcamp will take place at Google’s Dubai office. On the last day, everyone will go to Al Quoz Creative Zone, where there will be a special program. This program will focus on new ways of creating, using digital tools, and other creative ideas.

Shaima Rashed Al Suwaidi, who works at Dubai Culture, said the bootcamp is very important. She said it will give creative people new chances to learn and grow. They will meet experts, learn about tools, and get new ideas for their projects. These ideas can help them make better content and create exciting things.
This second bootcamp builds on the success of the first one, which was about sustainability. The first bootcamp was held during the UAE’s Year of Sustainability and attracted 88 applicants from across the region. From these, 21 creative people from 10 countries were selected. They worked with 41 experts who taught them useful skills. Many sessions in the first bootcamp focused on eco-friendly ideas and green designs.
The second bootcamp will help creative people in a new way. It will give them the chance to learn, share ideas, and grow their skills. Dubai Culture is working hard to make Dubai a leader in culture and creativity. If you are interested, apply soon to be part of this exciting program.
