Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced the fourth Hatta Cultural Nights. This event is made to give visitors in Hatta fun and cultural experiences. It shows the history, nature, and traditions of Hatta. The goal is to help people know about Hatta’s special customs and make Hatta a favorite place for tourists, businesses, and investments from the UAE and other countries.
This event is part of a big plan by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. This plan will make Hatta a beautiful and exciting place for visitors.

Hatta Cultural Nights will happen at Hatta Heritage Village from December 22, 2024, to January 1, 2025. The event will have many activities, shows, and fun events. People can listen to poems from local poets. There will be traditional dances like Al Harbiya, Al Ayala, and Al Azi. Visitors can also enjoy live music with old instruments like the Rababa and Oud. There will also be drum shows, bubble shows, and balloon shows for families to enjoy together.
People can join workshops to learn old Emirati crafts. These workshops will teach skills like Talli embroidery, Sadu weaving, Burqa sewing, and weaving with palm leaves. Skilled workers will guide these workshops. There will also be a special area for children to play traditional games. This will help children enjoy and learn about Hatta’s old culture.
The event will also have other exciting activities, like displays of old classic cars and motorbike tours. People who love stars can join astronomy workshops. There will also be lessons on Arabic calligraphy, where visitors can learn how to write in the beautiful Arabic style.
A traditional market will be part of this event too. This market is part of the Dubai Destinations campaign and the Hatta Winter Festival. It will have products made by local families and small businesses. People can see and buy creative and heritage-inspired items. This market will help small businesses grow and support families in Hatta.
Mariam Dhain Al Tamimi, Acting Director of the Heritage Sites Department at Dubai Culture, said the event is important because it celebrates Hatta’s culture and natural beauty. She said, “Through Hatta Cultural Nights, Dubai Culture helps the people of Hatta and their creative talents. We want to show their projects and support their businesses, economy, and culture. This event shows how special Hatta’s culture and traditions are and helps us keep them safe for the future.”
Hatta Cultural Nights is an event that will bring together fun, culture, and history. It will celebrate the beauty of Hatta and help make it one of the best places to visit in Dubai.
