Dubai explores AI media partnership with Galaxy ME CEO

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, held a high-level meeting with Cho Sunghae, CEO of Galaxy ME and Co-Founder of Galaxy Corporation, to explore new avenues of cooperation in digital media and advanced technologies.

The discussions focused on strengthening collaboration in key emerging sectors, including artificial intelligence, robotics, and interactive digital content. Both sides reviewed opportunities for strategic partnerships aimed at accelerating innovation in Dubai’s media and creative industries.

His Highness reaffirmed Dubai’s strong commitment to working with leading global technology and media companies. He highlighted that Dubai is rapidly advancing its position as a global hub for content creation by integrating cutting-edge technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, into its media ecosystem.

He further noted that strategic partnerships with international industry leaders play a vital role in driving innovation, enhancing competitiveness, and expanding growth opportunities within the emirate’s media and entertainment sector.

During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on Galaxy Corporation’s business model as one of South Korea’s fast-growing entertainment and technology companies. Both sides also discussed potential collaboration in AI-driven content development, digital talent building, and knowledge exchange programs.

These initiatives are expected to support Dubai’s broader vision of building a strong innovation ecosystem and reinforcing its position as a preferred destination for global media and technology enterprises.
