Step aside, world—Quezon Province has just introduced a new queen. Ahtisa Manalo has officially won the crown of Miss Universe Philippines 2025, and she didn’t just win—she truly stood out.
The big event took place on May 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena, where 66 beautiful and talented candidates competed for the crown. In the end, it was Ahtisa who shined the brightest. She will now represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November.

But here’s something cool—this isn’t Ahtisa’s first time on a big stage. She has already made a name for herself in pageants. She was the first runner-up at Miss International 2018, the second runner-up at Miss Universe Philippines 2024, and she also made it to the Top 10 at Miss Cosmo. Winning crowns and titles has almost become her habit.
In a surprising twist, Ahtisa is now taking the crown from another queen with the same last name—Chelsea Manalo. Chelsea made history last year as the first Miss Universe Asia. So yes, the pressure is on—but Ahtisa is ready.
Here’s how the top finalists of Miss Universe Philippines 2025 turned out:
Top 6 Winners:
Ahtisa Manalo (Quezon Province) – The new Miss Universe Philippines 2025
Winwyn Marquez (Muntinlupa) – First runner-up
Yllana Aduana (Siniloan, Laguna) – Second runner-up
Chelsea Fernandez (Sultan Kudarat) – Crowned Miss Cosmo Philippines
Katrina Llegado (Taguig) – Crowned Miss Supranational Philippines
Gabriella Carballo (Cebu City) – Crowned Miss Eco International Philippines
The rest of the Top 12 and Top 24 also gave amazing performances. But Ahtisa? She lit up the entire arena with her confidence and beauty.
The Philippines is known for doing really well in pageants. With queens like Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach, Margie Moran, and Gloria Diaz, we already have four Miss Universe titles. And now, with Ahtisa leading the way, we might just add one more.
