The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) held the 5th Al Multaqa meeting. In this meeting, they signed agreements called Musataha. These agreements will help Abu Dhabi grow and make life better for people in the community.

A new shopping center called Misnaad Mall will be built in Madinat Al Riyadh, Abu Dhabi. It will have space for shops and restaurants, covering more than 1,000 square meters. Misnaad Alehterafya Contracting will build the mall. This mall will give people a nearby place to shop and eat. It will also support small businesses and provide a useful place for the community to come together.

In Al Ain, another project, Pro Shops 2, will add more shops and restaurants to the Al Dhahir area. It will cover 2,500 square meters. Danat Alsharq Contracting Company will build it. This project will make it easier for people to shop and eat in their area and help small businesses grow.

A new school is also planned in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi. ADIO and the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) have teamed up with Shining Star International School to build it. The school will cost AED 97 million and will be built in two parts. It will hold up to 4,000 students and teach them using the Indian school system from Grade 1 to Grade 12. This school will give children a great place to learn.

Mansoor Al Bastaki, Head of Musataha at ADIO, said: “These projects show how the government and businesses can work together. With Musataha, we are building better places for people to live, shop, and learn.”

The Musataha programme helps local investors use government land to build important projects. This way, both businesses and the government can work together to make life better for everyone.

The Al Multaqa meetings happen every three months. In these meetings, the government shares updates on Abu Dhabi’s economy and shows businesses where they can invest. These meetings also give businesses and the government a chance to share ideas and make plans together.

ADIO helps businesses grow by giving them support and advice. These projects are helping Abu Dhabi become a better place for people to live, work, and learn.
