The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi opened in 2021 and was chosen because it has amazing exhibits, animal rescue programs, and works on saving nature. It also offers many educational programs, making it a perfect place to hold the congress.
The IAC is held every three years. It brings together aquarium experts, researchers, and teachers from around the world. They share new ideas about marine life and how to take care of animals and the ocean. Abu Dhabi hosting the event shows that the city is becoming a big place for global business events.
Mubarak Al Shamsi, the Director of ADCEB, said they are proud to host the IAC in the Middle East for the first time. He also said Abu Dhabi is a great place for big events that help different industries grow and encourage learning.
Paul Robert Hamilton, the General Manager of the National Aquarium, said he is happy about how the city is growing. He said that Abu Dhabi is becoming a favorite place for international events because of its great services and ability to welcome people from all over the world. He is also proud of the aquarium’s success.
This win supports ADCEB’s goal to bring more international events to Abu Dhabi. The city is becoming a top choice for big business meetings. The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi is known for its work in saving the ocean and nature. Hosting the IAC in 2030 will allow Abu Dhabi to keep working on protecting the environment.
