Nahyan bin Mubarak Opens New Campus for Abu Dhabi's American School

His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, renowned for his role as a UAE Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, graced the inauguration ceremony of the American Community School of Abu Dhabi's (ACS) new campus on Saadiyat Island with his distinguished presence. The event, marked by a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, gathered esteemed guests including Her Excellency Martina Strong, the United States Ambassador to the UAE, and other notable dignitaries like His Excellency Saif Al Mazrouei, Advisor to the Minister of Education, and Her Excellency Ambassador Lana Nusseibeh, UAE Assistant Minister of Political Affairs.

Amidst the grandeur of the occasion, His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan honored the event by unveiling the official dedication plaque and engaging Grade 4 and 5 student ambassadors in a symbolic act of planting a Ghaf tree, a significant gesture representing growth and sustainability, sourced from Sheikh Zayed's Gardens in Al Ain. This ceremony not only commemorated a momentous occasion in ACS's 51-year history but also underscored its pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of the UAE.
