Abu Dhabi has taken a historic step in digital governance with the launch of TAMM AutoGov at GITEX Global 2025. This innovative feature is designed to automate routine public and private services, transforming how citizens interact with government. From license renewals and utility payments to scheduling healthcare appointments, AutoGov handles recurring tasks seamlessly and securely, giving residents a new level of convenience.
The feature is integrated within TAMM, the emirate’s leading government super app, which now offers over 1,100 services from more than 90 partners across public and private sectors. Users can personalise AutoGov settings, ensuring that routine services are completed automatically while retaining full control over preferences. This approach marks a shift from traditional, reactive government interactions to anticipatory, citizen-focused support.

Beyond automation, TAMM continues to enhance user experiences with AI-driven tools such as the TAMM AI Assistant. This assistant delivers proactive, contextual support, guiding users through complex procedures with spoken instructions, real-time document scanning, and hands-free navigation in Arabic and English. Features like AI Vision and Smart Guide simplify processes, while personalised dashboards remind users of deadlines, tasks, and important insights tailored to their needs.
TAMM Spaces has expanded to include new life-centric hubs – Family, Mobility, and Sahatna (health) – designed to streamline services around everyday experiences. Meanwhile, the TAMM Hologram service introduces live, real-time interactions with government agents through mobile pods, preserving the human touch in digital service delivery.
The platform also encourages public participation through TAMM by You, enabling residents to propose and shape future services, reflecting Abu Dhabi’s commitment to community engagement.
With the launch of TAMM AutoGov, Abu Dhabi is setting a global benchmark in AI-enabled governance, redefining public service delivery while giving citizens the gift of time, efficiency, and peace of mind.
