Abu Dhabi disburses over AED63 billion in housing benefits in 5 years

Over the past five years, the total value of housing benefits provided to people in Abu Dhabi has exceeded AED 63 billion. This substantial amount was part of many efforts by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) to improve housing for UAE citizens. These initiatives have made the housing sector in Abu Dhabi stronger and have shown a national model dedicated to meeting the housing needs of UAE nationals. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority explained that the housing benefits over the last five years included over 18,144 residential land grants, more than 3,727 new housing units, and a total of 22,635 housing loans. In addition, over 4,000 senior citizens were given exemptions as part of the housing program. These efforts continue to make a positive impact on the community and help fulfill the housing dreams of UAE nationals.
