As the year 2025 comes close to an end, many people begin to relax their routines. With holidays, travel, parties, and comfort food, it is common to say, “I will start fresh in January.” However, fitness coach Raj Ganpath, who has been working in fitness for over 17 years, believes that the final six weeks of the year can make a big difference. In his recent post on Instagram dated November 17, he suggests a simple plan that can help people stay in control of their weight and enter the new year feeling healthy and confident.
Raj Ganpath explains that people do not need a complicated diet or difficult workout program. According to him, the main goal is quite simple. He says that the most important thing is to make sure that no weight is gained before the year ends. He believes that by avoiding weight gain during this period, people will start January without guilt, stress, or the feeling of starting from zero again. Instead, they will feel strong and motivated.
To support this goal, he offers five easy and realistic steps that can be followed by anyone. The first step is to exercise 20 times in the next six weeks. This means a little more than three workouts per week, which is something that many people can manage even with a busy lifestyle. The second step is to walk between 8,000 and 10,000 steps every day. He explains that this can be done in small parts throughout the day, such as short walks in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening. The goal is simply to keep the body active.
The third step is based on eating habits. He suggests that every meal should include one source of protein and one vegetable. He explains that these foods should not be oily, fried, or cooked in heavy creams. Simple and light meals help the body stay full without unnecessary calories. The fourth step is about eating the right amount. Raj says that people should try not to overeat. If possible, eat a little less than usual, or at least stop eating once the body feels comfortably full.
The fifth and final step is to check body weight regularly. Raj believes that weighing yourself daily or every few days helps people stay aware of what is happening in their body. If weight increases, the person can make changes before it becomes a bigger problem. This habit encourages responsibility and helps people stay consistent with their routines.
Raj Ganpath believes that these five steps, when followed for six weeks, can make a real difference. People can enter 2026 feeling lighter, healthier, and more in control of their habits. Instead of starting the year with pressure to lose weight, they can begin with a positive mindset. His message encourages people to take small steps instead of waiting for a perfect time or a new year to begin.
This message has become popular because many people struggle with weight gain during the holiday season. His advice is simple, practical, and easy to follow at home. The idea is not to aim for big changes but to maintain balance and avoid losing progress. Raj’s experience of 17 years in the fitness field gives strength to his message, and many online users have found it inspiring.
