How Did UAE Achieve This Rank?
UAE’s government works hard to keep its cities safe. They have:
Strict laws for crime prevention
Advanced CCTV camera systems across cities

People living in the UAE feel safe walking alone at any time of the day or night. Families, children, women, and tourists feel protected wherever they go. The streets are clean, organised, and monitored regularly.

All these countries have strict rules, advanced security systems, and low crime rates, making them safe for residents as well as tourists.
Which Countries Are the Least Safe?
While many countries have become safer over the years, there are some where crime rates remain high, making them unsafe for travellers and residents. According to the Numbeo 2025 data, the least safe country in the world is Haiti with a safety score of 19.0.
