Sonam Kapoor’s Chic Dior Look Stuns in Japan

Sonam Kapoor is in Japan for the Dior Fall 2025 fashion show in Kyoto. Before the big event, the actor shared pictures of herself wearing a stylish new look from Dior on Instagram. She wrote, “Namaste [Japan] Looking forward to the show tomorrow @dior.”

Sonam looked absolutely stunning in her pre-show outfit, showing off what we call "power dressing." She wore a black outfit that was both stylish and elegant, perfect for a strong and confident look. The outfit was styled by her sister, Rhea Kapoor, and celebrity stylist Abhilasha Devnani.

The outfit included a black Dior jacket that had many interesting details. It had a collar, a double-breasted design in the front, long sleeves, and padded shoulders to give it a sharp look. The cuffs of the jacket were flared, and there were pockets on the front. The jacket was tailored to fit Sonam perfectly and had a matching black belt to tighten around the waist. Underneath, Sonam wore a classic white shirt, with the cuffs peeking out from under the jacket to show off stylish cufflinks.

She also wore a matching black skirt with a midi-length hem that reached just below the knee. The skirt had a boxy A-line shape and was tailored to match the jacket. For accessories, Sonam carried a beautiful white Lady Dior handbag. She added some sparkle with several rings, Sakura earrings, and gold hoop earcuffs. She wore black pumps and a gold accessory in her bun to complete the look.

For her makeup, Sonam was inspired by Japan’s famous Sakura flowers. These flowers are known for their beauty and delicate nature. To match this, Sonam chose a bright pink blush, matching pink eyeshadow, and a fuchsia pink lipstick. She also had ombre Sakura nails to match her makeup. Sonam finished her makeup with winged eyeliner, long mascara-coated lashes, feathered brows, and a glowing highlighter. Her hair was styled in a sleek, twisted bun with a side part.
