His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued a directive to significantly expand the land area in Al Buhais, located in Kalba. This decision aims to allow property owners the opportunity to build and rent out their properties.

The expansion will provide substantial benefits to the landowners, who will receive title deeds for their properties. Additionally, as part of this initiative, the Ruler has approved a compensation package totaling AED 20 million. This amount is allocated to cover the removal of existing structures on the land and to compensate for the period during which owners have been unable to utilize their properties.
The announcement of this directive was made during the "Direct Line" program, which airs on Sharjah Radio and Television.
