Adeoye said REDAN will work with the government to create rules that help build more homes. He explained that REDAN’s main goal is to build affordable homes because there are not enough houses in Nigeria. Many people are struggling to find homes they can afford.
One of REDAN's plans is to join with other businesses to fund housing projects through the MOFI Incorporated Real Estate Funds. This will bring more money to build houses. Adeoye also mentioned that REDAN will continue with the Renewed Hopes Housing project, which aims to build more houses all over Nigeria.
To make sure that REDAN members are better at their jobs, there will be special programs to train them and improve their skills. Adeoye also said that REDAN will work hard to make sure that everyone in the housing business follows the rules and works in an honest way.
In his New Year message, Adeoye thanked all REDAN members for their hard work in 2024. He noted that even with challenges like the economy and government rules, they stayed focused on building good homes for Nigerians.
Looking ahead to 2025, Adeoye is excited about what the future holds. He believes that if everyone works together and thinks of new ideas, Nigeria’s housing problems can be solved. He is confident that REDAN will continue to help more people find homes.
