Dubai, UAE – 3 November 2025: Dubai’s property market has reached a new milestone, with total sales for 2025 climbing to AED559.4 billion, surpassing the previous full-year record.
According to data from fäm Properties, October alone recorded 19,875 transactions worth AED59.4 billion, bringing the total for the first ten months of the year to 178,244 deals. In comparison, 2024 saw 180,900 transactions valued at AED522.1 billion.
Market Breakdown:
Apartments: 16,238 sales worth AED31 billion, up 3.4% in volume year-on-year.
Villas: 2,549 transactions valued at AED15.5 billion, down 36.8% in volume.
Land: 399 plots sold for AED11 billion, up 23.9% year-on-year.
Commercial properties: 689 transactions valued at AED1.9 billion, up 61.7% YoY.
Average property price per sq ft: AED1,692, up 6.7% from last year.
First Sales vs. Resales:
First sales: 13,926 transactions worth AED38.7 billion.
Resales: 5,949 transactions worth AED20.7 billion.
