Paramount+ is set to saddle up with the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) for a five-year streaming partnership, bringing the thrilling "Unleash the Beast" series directly to viewers’ screens starting this December. The move marks a major shift in how audiences will experience one of the most intense bull riding competitions in the world.
"Unleash the Beast" represents the highest level of professional bull riding, featuring the globe’s top 35 riders competing across 17 states for points, prize money, and ultimately the world championship title. While Paramount+ will now offer live streaming of the full five-month season, CBS Sports will maintain select coverage through its popular "Game of the Week" during the 2026 season.
This transition reflects the broader trend of sports content moving toward streaming platforms. As traditional TV viewership declines, services like Paramount+ are increasingly investing in live sports to attract and retain audiences. For fans, it means on-demand access, multiple device viewing, and a more flexible way to follow the action-packed PBR calendar.
The 2026 season will kick off in December in Manchester, New Hampshire, signaling the start of a high-octane season of bull riding. The deal also aligns with Paramount’s broader sports strategy, following its exclusive agreement to stream UFC events beginning next year, highlighting the company’s push into premium live sports content.
For bull riding enthusiasts, this is a game-changer: more accessibility, live streaming from every venue, and a front-row experience from anywhere in the country. The partnership cements PBR’s presence in mainstream streaming while giving Paramount+ a thrilling boost in live sports offerings.
