Mohammed bin Rashid appoints new Asst. Secretary-General of Dubai Judiciary

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a new decree regarding the Dubai Judicial Council.

According to Decree No. (13) of 2025, Justice Dr. Abdulrahman Juma Mohammed Sharaf has been appointed as the Assistant Secretary-General of the Dubai Judicial Council. Dr. Sharaf is currently serving as a Senior First Instance Judge at the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre in Dubai.

This decree will officially come into effect from March 1, 2025, and will be published in the Official Gazette as per the regulations.
