This app is part of a bigger plan called "Make it in the Emirates". The app shows, in real-time, what items ADNOC wants to buy. This means small businesses, factory owners, and new company starters can see what is needed and make those things in the UAE.
This makes work with ADNOC easier and faster. It also helps these businesses feel safer when they spend money to make things. It also makes it easier for new sellers to join ADNOC.
Mr. Yaser Saeed Almazrouei, a top leader at ADNOC, said this app will help more people work with ADNOC and know what things the company needs. He said this will bring big chances for UAE people to grow their businesses. ADNOC wants more people to make things inside the country, not buy from outside.
The app was launched at ADNOC’s big office. Many important people were there. They came from government offices, business groups, and other big companies.
Mr. Omar Al Suwaidi, a government leader, said this app will help the UAE become stronger in making things at home. It also helps companies to choose better and smarter ways to invest their money. The app shows correct and fresh data so businesses can make good choices.
He asked all people who make things or want to invest to come to a big event called "Make it in the Emirates". It will happen from May 19 to 22 in Abu Dhabi. At this event, over 500 companies will come and look at new ideas and chances.
This year, the event will also show many new items that the UAE wants people to make in the country.
Mr. Rashed Al Blooshi, another top leader, said the app helps UAE’s big plan to grow faster, smarter, and stronger. It helps small and big companies to know what to make and how to sell to ADNOC.
Mr. Badr Al-Olama, who works to bring investors, said this app makes it easier for companies from the UAE or other countries to invest and grow in the UAE. It gives them better access to chances in the factory world.
Mr. Shamis Al Dhaheri, from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, said this app gives new ways for small factories to grow and work with big companies like ADNOC. He said this is good for the UAE’s dream of making more things at home and growing its economy.
This app is part of ADNOC’s older plan called the ICV program, which already brought over 242 billion AED back to the UAE and gave 17,000 jobs to UAE people since 2018.
