Majed Al Mansoori Named Executive Director of Museum of the Future

In a significant move aimed at strengthening homegrown leadership and nurturing national talents, His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of the Museum of the Future, has announced the appointment of Majed Al Mansoori as the museum's new Executive Director. This decision reflects the museum's ongoing commitment to enhancing its global standing as a key platform for future-oriented experts and institutions.

As Executive Director, Al Mansoori is tasked with further solidifying the Museum of the Future’s reputation as a global hub for innovation, collaboration, and foresight. His leadership will focus on integrating global visions and initiatives while fostering partnerships that harness emerging opportunities to improve the quality of life for communities worldwide.

Majed Al Mansoori has been instrumental in overseeing the museum's daily operations, working diligently to expand its local, regional, and international partnerships. His efforts have significantly enhanced the visitor experience, establishing the Museum of the Future as one of the premier tourist attractions and a leading center for shaping humanity’s future.

Since his appointment as Deputy Executive Director in 2021, Al Mansoori has played a pivotal role in the museum's development, managing its construction and overseeing the completion of its cutting-edge exterior and interactive exhibits. His hard work culminated in the grand opening of the Museum of the Future on February 22, 2022, an event that marked a new era for the institution.

Al Mansoori is a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program and has previously contributed to key national projects at the Dubai Future Foundation before joining the Museum of the Future in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in engineering and innovation. 

With this new appointment, the Museum of the Future is poised to continue its mission of fostering creativity and shaping a better future for all.
