Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoon bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, went to the opening of the 2nd Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Jiu-Jitsu Championship at Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi. The competition will last until January 19, 2025.

At the start of the event, Sheikh Khalifa listened to the UAE National Anthem being played to start the games.
He watched several matches and said how important the event is for helping young jiu-jitsu players. He mentioned that events like this help young athletes grow their skills and become better at the sport.
Sheikh Khalifa also praised the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation for their hard work in growing the sport. He said they give athletes chances to compete and improve.
Her Excellency Sara Awadh Musallam, the head of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge, also attended the event.
The 2nd Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Jiu-Jitsu Championship is an important event for developing young talent and showing the UAE’s support for jiu-jitsu.
