His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, underscored the importance of preserving the historical, scientific, and intellectual contributions of the Quran's reciters and scholars. He highlighted their crucial role in studying, memorizing, and sharing the knowledge contained in the Quran, emphasizing that their dedication to learning and teaching helps safeguard religious knowledge and ensures its continued dissemination.

This message came during His Highness’s reception of the grandchildren of Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Nasser bin Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Saadi at the Holy Quran Academy on Saturday morning. The Ruler of Sharjah specifically appreciated Sheikh Al-Saadi’s commitment to the Quran and his clear, accessible writing style, which made his works popular among scholars and students alike. His writings, particularly in the areas of jurisprudence, Hadith, and creed, were marked by simplicity and clarity, ensuring that complex topics were made understandable for all.

During the meeting, His Highness was also briefed on an exhibition showcasing some of Sheikh Al-Saadi’s valuable works. The exhibition includes manuscripts on Quranic interpretation, jurisprudence, Hadith, and creed, as well as drafts of books, letters, fatwas, and other rare historical writings. These items highlight Sheikh Al-Saadi’s vast contribution to Islamic scholarship and the clarity of his teachings.

The exhibition also features photographs documenting the historic mosques that Sheikh Al-Saadi was associated with throughout his life. It offers a detailed narrative of his scholarly journey, his interaction with other renowned scholars, and his influence on the educational landscape in his time.
