Indikaya Dubai Unveils Special Christmas Menu with Indian Flavours

The Christmas menu is available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. It is designed as a journey of flavours, starting with light and tasty starters. Guests can enjoy Amritsari Chowk ki Tikki Chaat and Quinoa Avocado Chaat, which give a soft and delicious start to the meal.

Next, the menu includes grilled and tandoor dishes. Vegetarian choices include Pothari Paneer Tikka and Till Methi Broccoli Kebab, followed by main dishes like Paneer Bemisal and Subzi Nizami Handi. Non-vegetarian dishes feature Nawabi Chicken Tikka, Fish Farcha, Bhatti Prawns, and a special Ghee Roast Turkey, which gives a unique Indian touch to Christmas traditions.

The meal continues with slow-cooked rice dishes like Subz Dum Biryani and Chicken Dum Biryani, served with traditional breads and sauces.

For dessert, guests can enjoy simple and sweet dishes like Kunafa Kalakand, Chikki Phirni, and Rose Petal Ice Cream, ending the meal with balanced and enjoyable flavours.
