The first place is called the Innovation Oasis. It is a big center made by the company Silal. This center is made to help people in the UAE find better and easier ways to grow food, even in the hot weather. It also helps the country save water and land. The center supports the UAE’s goal to have enough food in the future by 2051.

The second place is called the Advance AgriTech Academy. It is like a special school that teaches young Emiratis how to become future leaders in farming. The school gives lessons and training and works with top schools from other countries. It helps students learn new ways to grow food and take care of farms using smart tools.

On the same day, Sheikh Hazza also saw an agreement signed between Silal and the United Arab Emirates University. They promised to work together to do more research in farming. As part of this, Silal will give five free scholarships to students from the university’s College of Agriculture. These scholarships will help students study how to make farming better and protect food supplies in the UAE.

Sheikh Hazza said that doing research in farming is very important for the country. It helps grow more local food, bring in new tools, and solve food problems that might come in the future. He also said it is important to have strong food supply systems that can handle tough times.

Many important people came to the opening, like Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and leaders from UAE University and Silal.

Salmeen Obaid Alameri, the CEO of Silal, said that the Innovation Oasis will change how food is grown in the UAE. He said they are using new ideas and working with others to make sure the UAE can grow its own food. He also said the new school will help train young people to be farming leaders.

The Innovation Oasis is very large and has many different areas for testing and learning. It has labs, greenhouses, and places to grow and study plants. Experts and students can try out new ideas in farming and see what works best in the UAE’s weather.

The center will focus on farming that works in hot and dry weather, using sunlight and sea water to get fresh water, using smart tools like sensors and computers, and growing plants that can survive in salty soil. It will also use robots and other machines to help with farm work and find ways to stop food from being wasted.

These two new projects show how serious the UAE is about smart farming, learning, and helping young people become leaders in the future of food.
