Sheikh Hamdan noted that the UAE has established a unique model for leadership development and capacity-building within its government. This initiative is aligned with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Under their guidance, the UAE has made significant investments in preparing future leaders and fortifying its national workforce.

He also stressed the importance of collaboration with global governments through knowledge exchange and the sharing of best practices. The UAE’s leadership development model has become a vital resource for other nations aiming to enhance their human capital and develop talent. This approach not only strengthens bilateral ties but also supports international efforts in building effective governance.

Furthermore, Sheikh Hamdan acknowledged the essential role that the graduates of the Uzbek leadership programmes will play in fostering innovation and improving government services. He expressed confidence that these individuals would contribute significantly to the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance the quality of life for citizens in Uzbekistan, aligning with the country's ambitious future objectives.

The strategic partnership between the UAE and Uzbekistan, initiated in 2019, has placed leadership and capacity building at the forefront of their collaboration, which consists of 14 key pillars aimed at improving public service excellence. This partnership has already shown promising results, with over 2.8 million individuals receiving training through more than 681 workshops, totaling approximately 26 million working hours dedicated to enhancing skills and capabilities in various sectors.
