H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the esteemed Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, underscored the UAE government's steadfast commitment to bolstering the nation's healthcare sector. During his visit to the Colleges of Health Sciences and Information Technology at the University of Fujairah, Sheikh Hamad, accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, articulated the country's dedication to investing in world-class healthcare services that adhere to the highest global standards.

Joined by distinguished officials including Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Authority for Culture and Information, and H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Sheikh Hamad engaged in a comprehensive tour of the university facilities. They were warmly received by Saeed Mohammed Al Raqbani, Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, and other prominent figures.

The Ruler of Fujairah commenced his visit by exploring the College of Health Sciences, where he gained insights into the cutting-edge Medical Simulation Centre. This state-of-the-art facility showcased advanced technologies utilized in hospital settings, offering realistic training scenarios for healthcare professionals. Sheikh Hamad's tour extended to classrooms, laboratories, and scientific facilities, where he was acquainted with the latest educational tools for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Transitioning to the College of Information Technology, Sheikh Hamad delved into emerging specializations such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, networks, and information security. Recognizing the pivotal role of technology in shaping the future, particularly in the digital age, Sheikh Hamad expressed keen interest in the college's offerings, which are poised to meet the evolving demands of the tech industry.

Al Raqbani conveyed heartfelt appreciation to Sheikh Hamad and Sheikh Mohammed for their unwavering support and encouragement to the university. Their visit underscored the significance of education and innovation in driving progress and prosperity in Fujairah and beyond.
