Flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, has officially launched its new Business Class check-in facility at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB). This dedicated space is designed to provide Business Class passengers with a unique, smooth, and seamless check-in experience, featuring a personalized Meet and Assist service, seated check-in, and Fast Track access through passport control and security lanes.
This is Flydubai’s first exclusive check-in facility for Business Class passengers, located in the Departures area of Terminal 2, near Entrance 3. The newly introduced area is crafted to elevate the pre-flight experience for Business Class passengers and is a testament to Flydubai’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience, both on the ground and in-flight.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at Flydubai, commented on the launch, saying: "We are thrilled to extend our personalized Business Class services to the ground, offering the same level of care and attention that our customers experience in the air. This new facility ensures that our passengers’ journey is not only efficient but also hassle-free and enjoyable from the moment they arrive at Terminal 2 until they reach their destination. We remain dedicated to listening to our customers and continuously investing in our products and services, and we hope this marks the beginning of many more innovations."
The design of the new Business Class check-in area draws inspiration from the serene and timeless beauty of desert dunes. Its sweeping arches, warm earthy tones, and minimalist aesthetics are reminiscent of the undulating landscapes of the desert, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere for passengers who value both efficiency and comfort.
The enhanced Business Class experience begins even before passengers arrive at the terminal. A dedicated Business Team is available to assist with inquiries, and a separate Kerbside Drop-off Area with its own entrance for Business Class check-in has been designated at Terminal 2.
Upon arrival, Business Class customers are welcomed with a personalized Meet and Assist service provided by a member of the Business Team, along with a complimentary porter service. The dedicated check-in space offers a variety of personalized touches, including a quiet area for relaxation. Passengers are greeted with a traditional Arabic welcome, which includes refreshing towels, followed by coffee, dates, or other refreshments. The check-in process itself is designed to be smooth and efficient, with porters handling baggage to reduce waiting times and avoid queues.
A member of the Business Team accompanies passengers to the flydubai Business Lounge, while they benefit from Fast Track services through e-gates, passport control, and security lanes, ensuring a swift and comfortable transition through the airport.
The new Business Class check-in facility is now available to all Flydubai Business Class customers departing from Terminal 2 at Dubai International. Customers who upgrade to Business Class prior to check-in can also take advantage of the new facility.
Flydubai has established a growing network of over 125 destinations across 55 countries, spanning Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Southeast Europe, the GCC and the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. The airline has introduced more than 90 new routes that previously had no direct air connections to Dubai and operates a young and efficient fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft.
