The Fathers’ Endowment campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has raised an incredible AED 3.304 billion since it began.
This campaign was started to honor fathers in the UAE and aims to create a sustainable endowment fund. The money collected will be used to provide medical treatment and healthcare to those in need.
The campaign has seen overwhelming support from the community. A total of 160,560 people, along with businesses, government organizations, and private companies, have contributed. This reflects the UAE’s strong culture of generosity and its commitment to helping people who struggle to access healthcare. The funds will go toward improving the quality of life for many, making communities more stable, and helping them grow.

Record-breaking Success
His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Secretary-General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), highlighted how this campaign has exceeded expectations. He said that raising more than AED 3.304 billion proves the lasting impact of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s humanitarian efforts, particularly during Ramadan. These initiatives encourage generosity and giving while strengthening the UAE’s position as a global leader in charitable work.
Al Gergawi also explained that the Fathers’ Endowment campaign represents Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s vision of sustainable philanthropy. The goal is not just to provide temporary aid but to make a lasting difference for people in need across the world.
He further emphasized that this initiative is particularly important because it focuses on providing medical care for poor and vulnerable communities. Health is a key factor in stability and growth, and by addressing medical needs, the campaign is offering people a better future.
Al Gergawi also pointed out that the huge public support for this campaign shows how deeply the values of kindness and charity are embedded in Emirati society. He noted that the UAE is known worldwide for its efforts to help those in need and improve lives everywhere.

The Fathers’ Endowment campaign operates under the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). It allows individuals to donate in the name of their fathers, reinforcing values of respect, love, and family. The campaign also encourages the idea of endowments, ensuring that donations continue to benefit people for years to come. This movement has further strengthened the UAE’s reputation as a hub for humanitarian work.
How to Donate
The campaign continues to welcome donations from individuals and institutions. There are six main ways to contribute:
Website – Donations can be made online at Fathersfund.ae.
Call Center – A toll-free number (800 4999) is available for those who wish to donate or get more information.
Bank Transfer – Contributions in UAE dirhams can be sent directly to the campaign’s bank account at Emirates Islamic Bank (IBAN: AE020340003518492868201).
SMS Donations – Etisalat by e& and du users can donate by sending the word “Father” to:
1034 to donate AED 10
1035 to donate AED 50
1036 to donate AED 100
1038 to donate AED 500
DubaiNow App – Donations can be made through the app by selecting the “Donations” tab.
Jood Platform – Contributions can be made via Dubai’s online community donation platform at Jood.ae.
