The Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) has once again been recognised for its dedication to excellence in quality management and service improvement. The agency received the Quality Achievements Award at a special ceremony held in Vienna.
This prestigious award was presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) and marks the third consecutive year that EAD has been honoured. The recognition highlights the agency’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of its services and implement best practices that improve efficiency and effectiveness in environmental management.

Her Excellency Dr Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of EAD, expressed her pride in receiving this recognition. She said:
