The store is 534 square meters big and is the first one to be opened in North Africa. This new store is special for people in Morocco, and it will help improve the customer experience.

The store was opened by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations. His Excellency Alasri Aldhaheri, the Ambassador of the UAE to Morocco, also attended the ceremony. Other guests from the media and business world were also there to celebrate.
Why is Emirates World Special?
Adnan Kazim said, “The opening of Emirates World in Casablanca is an important step for us. It comes just weeks after we opened our first store in Africa. We want to make traveling better for our customers all over Africa.” He also said, “We don’t just want to sell products; we want to make sure our ‘Fly Better’ promise is felt by everyone. We want to give customers a special experience and help them plan their trips.”
The store is designed to make customers feel comfortable. The store has an open, bright, and relaxing space, similar to the feeling inside an Emirates airplane. There are nine service counters where friendly staff can help with booking flights, answering questions, and giving advice. The store is made to feel like a welcoming lounge.
One of the coolest parts of the store is the full-size model of the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge. This allows people to experience what it feels like to be inside one of the world’s biggest and most luxurious airplanes. The store also has a display of the Premium Economy seat so customers can see how comfortable it is. Other fun features include a selfie mirror where people can take photos with beautiful backgrounds of famous travel destinations. There are also self-service kiosks where customers can book flights quickly by themselves.
Emirates and Morocco: A Long-Standing Partnership
Emirates has been flying to Morocco since 2002. It has carried over 3.65 million passengers between Dubai and Casablanca. In 2022, Emirates partnered with Royal Air Maroc, Morocco’s national airline. This means people can easily travel to other cities in Morocco, like Marrakech, Agadir, Fez, Rabat, and Tangier. Since the partnership started, more than 28,600 passengers have traveled through this partnership.
Emirates has also helped create many jobs in Morocco. Right now, over 860 Moroccan nationals work for Emirates as cabin crew. This helps show Moroccan hospitality to passengers around the world.
Looking to the Future
The opening of Emirates World in Casablanca is a big step for Emirates in Morocco. The store is not only a place to buy products but also a place where customers can have fun and learn more about their travel options. Through the store, Emirates is making it easier for people in Morocco to travel to many destinations around the world.
Emirates is committed to growing its services in Morocco and across Africa. With Emirates World in Casablanca, the airline is offering a better experience for its customers. It is helping people get excited about their next trips while also making it easier to plan travel. The store shows that Emirates cares about its customers and wants to make every journey special.
