Dubai Municipality has officially announced the successful completion of several innovative sports fields across public parks, neighborhood parks, and recreational spaces. These newly designed sports areas were created in collaboration with some of the world’s top companies from the sports, food, and services industries, including PepsiCo, Red Bull, Deliveroo, Puma, and Intercontinental Tyres. This initiative supports Dubai’s vision of developing exciting, inclusive, and sustainable urban spaces that enhance the city's vibrant atmosphere.

New Sports Fields in Key Locations
The sports fields have been carefully placed in important areas such as Mankhool Park, Uptown Mirdif Park, Hor Al Anz, Al Satwa, Al Barsha Lake, Al Jafilia Square, and Al Warqa Park. Each location was chosen to provide communities with better recreational opportunities while promoting health, fitness, and social interaction. The Municipality has blended modern art with sports infrastructure, creating unique spaces where people can enjoy physical activity while appreciating creative artwork. These fields are not just playing areas but also serve as cultural and recreational landmarks that contribute to Dubai’s lively cityscape.
Artistic and Modern Designs
Every sports field features a distinctive, modern design that combines artistic creativity with high-quality sports infrastructure. Some courts showcase hand-painted artwork by both local and international artists, adding a touch of creativity and reflecting Dubai’s dynamic culture. Logos of collaborating companies have been incorporated into the field designs to recognize their contributions to community sports projects.
The design of each field reflects the sport it was built for. Basketball courts, for example, have striking graphics that highlight movement and energy, making the space visually appealing while enhancing the game experience. In Al Mankhool Park, a volleyball court has been constructed using recycled tires, supporting eco-friendly construction practices and sustainability goals. The artwork in these spaces has been chosen to match the surroundings, ensuring that the designs blend seamlessly with nature and community aesthetics.
Improving Recreational Spaces
Dubai Municipality continues to focus on projects that improve public parks and recreational areas. This effort aligns with its commitment to working with private sector partners to enhance Dubai’s reputation as a city that values sports, art, and sustainability.
By incorporating high-quality sports facilities with artistic elements, Dubai Municipality is ensuring that these new spaces meet the needs of all community members—whether they are residents, visitors, or tourists. This project strengthens Dubai’s status as a world-class, sustainable city that prioritizes quality of life and well-being for all.
