Shamal, a big investment company in Dubai and the owner of Dubai Harbour, has given a huge contract worth more than AED 1 billion to Khansaheb Civil Engineering. Khansaheb is a well-known building company in the region. It has built many famous projects in Dubai. They are known for doing complex projects with care and finishing them on time.
Dubai Harbour Residences will have low-rise homes near the beach. People living there will enjoy beautiful views of the sea and city. The homes are designed to give comfort, a feeling of connection, and a modern style. The base work for the buildings is already done, and the beach area is ready. This means people living here will have direct access to the beach. Khansaheb will now start the next stage of building with the help of H&H, the project partner, and Nikken Sekkei, a famous architect.
Abdulla Binhabtoor, the CEO of Shamal, said, “At Shamal, we want to create better ways of city living through our long-term investments. Starting the main work at Dubai Harbour Residences is a big step for us to build new lively communities and world-class places.”

He also said that choosing Khansaheb shows how careful Shamal is in picking partners. Khansaheb has built many famous buildings in Dubai. This partnership will make sure Dubai Harbour Residences are built with the best quality and care. The goal is to create a modern beachfront community that will last for many years.
Tariq Khansaheb, Chairman of Khansaheb Civil Engineering, said, “We are happy to work with Shamal on this project. Our team will make sure to build Dubai Harbour Residences with top quality and great skill. Together, we want to create a beautiful beachfront place that will change the way people live for future generations.”
Miltos Bossinis, CEO of H&H, said, “Choosing Khansaheb as the main builder is a big move forward for Dubai Harbour Residences. The project is now moving from planning to full construction. Soon, people will see a special place with stylish buildings and calm beachfront living.”
Dubai Harbour is one of the most beautiful seaside areas in the region. It has luxury homes, top shops, great hotels, and modern marine facilities. The marina there has won awards and offers many places to eat with amazing sea views, making life special for everyone.
To support this project, a new 1,500-metre bridge is also being built with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). This bridge will connect Dubai Harbour directly to Sheikh Zayed Road, making travel easier and faster for people living there and visitors.
Abdulla Binhabtoor added, “Dubai Harbour is a special place designed to connect people with the sea and each other. Our goal is to create amazing moments for a great maritime life.”
This project follows Dubai’s Urban Master Plan 2040. It shows Shamal’s promise to match the city’s energy and keep building with good design and strong value. Dubai Harbour is not just a place to visit, but it shows the future of coastal living in Dubai.
Shamal will continue to lead investments, build new infrastructure, and create beautiful places in Dubai Harbour. They will work with top partners to make a great maritime lifestyle that will set new standards in the region.
