Dubai is fast emerging as a global powerhouse for digital innovation. The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has revealed that it helped 582 digital startups establish and expand their businesses during the first nine months of 2025 — a milestone that reflects the emirate’s growing influence as a hub for entrepreneurship and technology.
Artificial intelligence led the way, accounting for 21% of all supported startups. HealthTech, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and FinTech together made up 17%, highlighting Dubai’s strong focus on future-driven sectors. Notably, international companies represented 70% of all startups, showing the city’s global appeal for investors and innovators.
Much of this success has been driven by the chamber’s Business in Dubai platform, designed to guide entrepreneurs through every stage of their business journey. Nearly half (47%) of the supported startups benefited from establishment assistance, accelerators, and incubator programs. Another 32% used the platform’s business support services, which connect companies to partners, investors, and clients.
The chamber also released four detailed reports between January and September 2025, including The Entrepreneur’s AI Playbook, aimed at helping founders understand and implement AI tools for scaling their businesses.
Beyond reports, the chamber played a hands-on role in global outreach. It hosted 15 major events and 16 international roadshows across 17 cities, including London, Singapore, New York, and Berlin. These efforts brought together more than 2,140 digital startups, investors, and ecosystem partners, strengthening global collaboration and showcasing Dubai’s thriving digital economy.
Through these strategic initiatives, Dubai continues to attract digital entrepreneurs and investors from around the world, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most dynamic startup destinations on the global stage.
