The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has earned recognition at the 2025 International Brilliance Awards in the United Kingdom. The authority received two HR Brilliance Awards, celebrating its dedication to innovation and excellence in human resources. This achievement highlights Dubai Culture’s remarkable performance in using the best practices to improve employment and productivity. It also shows how Dubai Culture has developed strong programs to support and empower its employees while playing a key role in Dubai's cultural development.

Dubai Culture won the Gold Award for ‘Innovative HR Team of the Year,’ which praised its commitment to teamwork and progress in human resources. The award celebrates how the authority focuses on collaboration and new ideas within its HR team to bring about change and improvement.
In addition, Mohammed Obaid Al Marri, the Director of the Human Resources Department at Dubai Culture, was given the Silver Award for ‘HR Professional of the Year.’ This award recognized his leadership and efforts to improve HR practices at Dubai Culture. Al-Marri shared his pride in the recognition, saying that it was thanks to the authority’s focus on innovation and employee empowerment. He said, “These awards show how much we care about our people, helping teams by giving them the support, skills, and resources they need to do their best. They also highlight our commitment to keeping a transparent management system, which brings positive results and builds an open and inviting work environment.”
