Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has announced a donation of AED 20 million to the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This campaign was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. The goal of the campaign is to honor fathers in the UAE by setting up a long-term endowment fund. The money from this fund will be used to provide healthcare and medical treatment for those in need.
The Fathers’ Endowment campaign is part of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). It allows people to donate in the name of their fathers, promoting values such as respect, kindness, and togetherness. This initiative also strengthens the UAE’s role as a leader in humanitarian work and encourages more people to take part in charitable activities.
