Bollywood actress Shefali Jariwala, best known for the music video Kaanta Laga, passed away suddenly at the age of 42 on the night of June 27, 2025, in Mumbai. She was rushed to a hospital by her husband Parag Tyagi and others after she collapsed at home. Sadly, doctors said she had already passed away before reaching the hospital.

What Happened That Night?
Shefali reportedly started feeling uneasy between 10 and 11 PM. She was shaking and then fainted. After she was taken to the hospital, the first medical checks showed signs of very low blood pressure, heart failure, and stomach discomfort.

At her home, police found vials of the injections, vitamin pills, and medicine for stomach issues. They spoke with her family, helpers, and doctors. So far, there is no sign of foul play, and the case appears to be a medical emergency.

Waiting for Full Medical Report
Her body was sent for a post-mortem to find out the exact cause of death. Until the final report comes out, doctors believe cardiac arrest is the most likely cause. Investigations are still continuing.
