Dubai, known for its record-breaking architecture and futuristic skyline, is preparing to welcome yet another architectural marvel – Burj Azizi, a towering project by Azizi Developments. The UAE-based real estate giant announced the official sales launch of its latest landmark, which, upon completion, will stand at a staggering height of 725 meters, making it the second-tallest building in the world after Burj Khalifa.
The construction of Burj Azizi is expected to progress swiftly, with completion targeted for 2028. This ambitious skyscraper will soar above Dubai’s existing towers with its 131+ storeys, housing a diverse range of offerings including luxurious residences, premium hotels, high-end retail spaces, and world-class entertainment facilities.

Speaking about this milestone, Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his long-cherished dream finally taking shape. “In Dubai and across the world, new projects are announced every day. But a project like Burj Azizi is a once-in-a-generation achievement. This tower has been my dream for many years, and bringing it to life has been a great challenge. It took years of hard work by experts from around the world, but today, I am thrilled to announce that this dream is becoming a reality.”
The residential segment of Burj Azizi will redefine luxury living standards in Dubai. It will include elegantly designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments fitted with premium interiors, smart home technologies, modern kitchens, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline and coastline.
To ensure comfort, luxury, and convenience, the developers plan to dedicate amenity levels every 20 floors. These floors will provide residents with facilities such as:
Temperature-controlled swimming pools
Steam and sauna rooms for relaxation
Fully equipped state-of-the-art gyms
Yoga and wellness centers
World-class spa services
Games rooms with billiards, chess, and table tennis
Private cinemas for exclusive screenings
Business centers and meeting rooms
Kids’ play areas
Multiple fine-dining restaurants and cafes
A large supermarket for daily essentials
These features are planned to create an integrated lifestyle where residents experience a seamless blend of luxury, leisure, and convenience within their own tower.
Occupying the uppermost floors, Burj Azizi will house ultra-luxury penthouses ranging from one-bedroom suites to sprawling five-bedroom duplexes. Each penthouse will come with private lobbies, premium concierge services, high-speed private elevators, and exclusive access to all amenities.
These penthouses are designed for Dubai’s elite, featuring expansive living areas, private pools, home theatres, dedicated gyms, and outdoor terraces with 360-degree views of the city, desert, and Arabian Gulf.
One of the most unique aspects of Burj Azizi is its seven-star hotel, which will celebrate seven different cultures – Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian. Each section of the hotel will immerse guests in cultural authenticity through:
Distinct architectural designs
Themed luxury suites
High-end restaurants offering cuisines from each culture
Dedicated spa and wellness treatments inspired by traditional therapies of these regions
Additionally, the hotel will feature an authentic Emirati restaurant, showcasing the UAE’s rich culinary heritage to international visitors. The property will also include a grand ballroom for royal-scale events, lavish weddings, and corporate gatherings, along with a beach club offering a private resort-like experience in the heart of Dubai.
At the base of Burj Azizi, residents and visitors will enjoy access to an ultra-luxury shopping mall housing some of the world’s most prestigious fashion brands, jewellery boutiques, flagship electronics stores, and lifestyle outlets. The retail floors are designed to create an immersive shopping experience, with elegant interiors, natural lighting, atrium gardens, and art installations reflecting Dubai’s modern aesthetic.
The official unveiling of Burj Azizi was set to take place on February 18 at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai, with a grand celebration featuring an electrifying performance by American pop star Jennifer Lopez. The event is expected to welcome over 15,000 guests, including government officials, global investors, diplomats, and industry leaders.
Following the unveiling, global sales launches will commence from February 19 in major international cities to attract high-net-worth buyers and investors. The planned cities and venues include:
Dubai – Conrad Hotel
Hong Kong – The Peninsula
London – The Dorchester
Mumbai – JW Marriott Juhu
Singapore – Marina Bay Sands
Sydney – Four Seasons Hotel
Tokyo – Palace Hotel
These events aim to position Burj Azizi as an iconic international investment opportunity and a symbol of Dubai’s continued economic and infrastructural growth.
Azizi Developments considers Burj Azizi a transformational milestone, not just for the company but for Dubai’s ever-evolving landscape. It represents the city’s ethos of aiming higher and creating spaces that blend architecture, luxury, technology, culture, and hospitality into a single experience.
Once completed in 2028, Burj Azizi will not merely be a building but a symbol of Dubai’s elegance, innovation, and leadership in global real estate. It will stand as a testament to visionary dreams, engineering excellence, and the emirate’s ability to push boundaries beyond imagination.
