Dubai, UAE | 19 February 2026:
BNW Developments has announced the launch of the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah, in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. The development is being positioned as a key addition to the emirate’s expanding hospitality and mixed-use real estate landscape.
The announcement was made during a large-scale unveiling event attended by senior leadership from both organisations, along with prominent stakeholders from the UAE’s real estate and hospitality sectors. Organisers said the launch attracted more than 8,000 attendees, including industry leaders and investors. The evening also featured live entertainment performances by UK band Blue, as well as Bollywood artists Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik.
A New Branded Hospitality Address in RAK Central
The Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences will be located within RAK Central, a district described as Ras Al Khaimah’s emerging commercial and lifestyle destination. The area is being developed as an integrated hub that combines offices, residences, hospitality, retail, and leisure facilities within one connected urban environment.
RAK Central is expected to complement Ras Al Khaimah’s leisure-driven growth, particularly as Al Marjan Island continues to anchor the emirate’s tourism identity. Developers say the new district is intended to become a “work-and-play” destination and a future business hub supporting both community growth and investment activity.
BNW Expands Its Portfolio Across Ras Al Khaimah
BNW Developments stated that the Radisson Blu partnership reflects its long-term strategy in Ras Al Khaimah, where the company currently has a portfolio of more than 10 strategic projects. The developer described itself as the single largest private developer in the emirate and said its focus remains on delivering destination-led growth and long-term value for residents, partners, and investors.
Leadership Statements
Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences represents a major step in the company’s Ras Al Khaimah vision, combining investor returns with a globally benchmarked living and hospitality experience.
He added that the project’s location in RAK Central’s integrated live-work-play ecosystem brings business, lifestyle, and hospitality together in a single address. Aggarwal also highlighted that the partnership introduces Radisson’s operational expertise and international brand standards, strengthening confidence in the development’s long-term value.
Meanwhile, Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-Founder of BNW Developments, said RAK Central reflects the direction Ras Al Khaimah is heading as it accelerates its urban and economic development. He noted that the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences is designed to raise investor confidence while enhancing everyday lifestyle through a premium international brand experience.
Hotel Details: 361 Keys and Multiple Lifestyle Facilities
According to project details, Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will include 361 keys within a newly built property. The hotel will sit above curated retail and cinema offerings, aimed at creating a destination that remains active from day to night.
The hotel is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers and will feature:
Five food and beverage venues
Rooftop terrace and pool bar
Meeting and event spaces
Spa and gym
Business Class lounge
Kids’ club
Developers said the combination of hospitality, retail, and entertainment elements is intended to enhance the district’s overall destination appeal.
Residences: 222 Branded Homes with Hotel Services
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will include 222 branded residences. Residents will have access to hotel-delivered services, offering a consistent hospitality experience aligned with Radisson Blu standards.
The development is also expected to benefit from shared operational efficiencies and food-and-beverage synergies across the wider mixed-use project, strengthening convenience for residents while supporting overall commercial performance.
Radisson Hotel Group: Expanding in a High-Growth Market
Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, North East Africa, Cyprus and Greece at Radisson Hotel Group, said the partnership reflects both organisations’ confidence in Ras Al Khaimah’s growth as an investment market and visitor destination.
Milky noted that entering RAK Central represents an important step for Radisson Hotel Group, adding that the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences will bring a premium hospitality and residential offering supported by strong operations and consistent service standards.
A Milestone Collaboration for RAK’s Next Phase
BNW Developments said the Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central represents a milestone collaboration, bringing a global hospitality brand into a district planned as a key part of Ras Al Khaimah’s future urban development.
The project is expected to strengthen the emirate’s growing profile in branded residences and premium hospitality, while supporting RAK Central’s ambition to become a leading mixed-use business and lifestyle destination in the northern UAE.
