Dubai, UAE — 18 February 2026: Al Habtoor Palace, Dubai has retained its Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) Four-Star rating as part of the 2026 Star Awards, announced by Forbes Travel Guide, the global rating authority for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and cruise ships.
The hotel is featured alongside other international honourees on ForbesTravelGuide.com, following FTG’s annual evaluation process, which recognises hospitality brands for service excellence, guest experience, and consistency in luxury standards.
Al Habtoor Palace was recognised for its focus on delivering a personalised and seamless guest journey, supported by detailed service standards across all areas of the property. The hotel’s offering includes dedicated butler service, experienced guest relations teams, and a hospitality approach designed to ensure comfort, efficiency, and attention to individual guest preferences.
Located along the Dubai Water Canal, the property is known for its Beaux-Arts-inspired architecture and classic interiors that blend traditional elegance with modern hotel amenities. The hotel features 182 guest rooms and 52 suites, catering to both leisure and business travellers.
Dining is also positioned as a key part of the hotel experience, with multiple fine dining venues offering a range of international culinary concepts in premium settings. In addition, the hotel includes an award-winning spa, offering wellness treatments aimed at relaxation and rejuvenation.
The hotel’s location within Al Habtoor City places it close to Dubai’s major entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle attractions. With its mix of leisure facilities and high-end accommodation, the property continues to attract travellers seeking a luxury stay in a central part of the city.
For corporate and private events, Al Habtoor Palace offers state-of-the-art venues suitable for business meetings, conferences, weddings, and large-scale celebrations. Event spaces are supported by professional planning services and designed to accommodate both formal and high-profile gatherings.
Commenting on the recognition, Stefan Radstrom, Complex General Manager of the Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection, said the award reflects the hotel’s commitment to maintaining high service standards and delivering a premium guest experience. He added that the team remains focused on offering refined comfort, world-class amenities, and consistent hospitality throughout every stay.
Forbes Travel Guide, which released its 68th annual Star Awards, said this year’s list covers properties across 100 countries, highlighting the evolving expectations of luxury travellers worldwide.
Amanda Frasier, President of Standards & Ratings for Forbes Travel Guide, stated that the 2026 winners represent excellence in hospitality and reflect the changing luxury landscape, where travellers increasingly value authentic experiences, enhanced well-being offerings, and memorable service moments.
The recognition further strengthens Al Habtoor Palace Dubai’s standing among luxury hospitality destinations in the UAE, as it continues to maintain international standards and compete within the global premium travel market.
