The Arab Health Congress has forged a partnership with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for the upcoming Public Health Conference, scheduled from January 29 to 30 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The collaboration will delve into the future of healthcare, exploring cutting-edge technologies, healthcare advancements, and thought leadership in public and population health. The conference, themed 'Uniting for enhanced local and global public health,' will feature global healthcare leaders sharing insights on pandemic preparedness, health system security, resilience, and updates on communicable and non-communicable diseases.

Dr. Ramadan Alblooshi, Director at DHA's Public Health & Protection Department and conference chair, will deliver the opening keynote speech, discussing the new era of public health. The conference aims to address evolving global public health dynamics and community health security requirements.

Key speakers include Dr. Nada Al Marzooqi from the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, addressing global health security, and HE. Dr. Farida Al Hosani from ADPHC Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre discussing integrated surveillance for respiratory infections. International perspectives will be shared by Ronald Lavater, CEO of the International Hospital Federation, and Prof Duncan Selbie, President of the International Association of Public Health Institutes (IANPHI).
